Supplier Terms and Conditions

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services.

PRICING

All presented prices are actualized and eligible for its services in the moment of inquiring or purchasing.
All prices include VAT and each service is presented in detailed form on the website, email or any written channel (WhatsApp, TripAdvisor etc). The operator (Pub Crawl Dubai) has the right to modify its prices and change quotations without prior notice, as long as a previous inquiry hasn’t been made on a different price. The operator has full rights to adapt prices by including several elements in its pricing packages, without having the obligation to disclose its fees, costs with 3rd party providers, commissions or other expenses.
Pub Crawl Dubai reserves the right to change or modify tours without prior notice in some cases, including changing or altering venues and routes for the best delivery of services according to the guide. In the event of a change, Pub Crawl Dubai will endeavour to substitute comparable venues and services, but accepts no liability for changes or participants’ refusal to comply. In this eventuality of change, the organizers should provide the minimum promised services as agreed prior to start or offer an agreed refund if not possible.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The operator has a clear refunding policy applicable for all its services presented on the website.
    All activities can be cancelled and refunded either by the operator or the customer.
    In the unlikely cases where the operator can cancel the events, the eligible reasons (not limited to), can be: extreme weather conditions, insufficient attendees for an event, critical medical updates on staff, last-minute regulations imposed locally, 3rd party cancellations etc.
    For all these conditions (not limited to), Pub Crawl Dubai has the obligation to refund fully any paid amounts to its customers OR provide an alternative date for providing the service if the customer agrees or demands to.
  • All cancellations need to be made public or known to all customers which registered or paid for any of the events organized by the operator, so no confusing, deceiving or problematic situations can be created to its customers.
    All public events can be cancelled in any time and including at the start of it, if any of the regulations above are not met and not known by the organizer till that time.
  • In other cases, where the customer requests for refund for any paid amount, the operator can refund a certain percentage of the sum, depending on the date of the requested service before the event.
    For any refund requests older than 48 hours before the start of the paid event, Pub Crawl Dubai can fully refund the customer without any need or proof of the reason.
    For any refund made between 47 to 24 hours before the start of the paid event, Pub Crawl dubai can refund only 50% to the customer, unless presenting a proof of a critical situation, such as presented above, and benefitting a full refund.
    For any refund made earlier than 24 hours before the start of the paid event, the customer is not eligible for a refund, unless presenting a proof of a critical situation, such as presented above, and benefitting a full refund.
  • In the eventual case of having a prepaid activity with Pub Crawl Dubai or promoting partners, while noticing or experiencing any health risks related to COVID-19, serious medical conditions or other critical factors, the tickets can be cancelled and fully refunded if announced at least 4 hours before the start of the event, with a proof of the incident or medical report.
  • The above conditions are applied ONLY to individuals or small groups of attendees (less than 7 pax), ONLY for public (shared) events.
  • For private inquiries and events or groups of 7 or more pax for public (shared) events, the cancellation policy is valid for full refunds only if made at least 72h before the official start of the event. The organizer is not responsibe by any lost deposits, nor obliged to reschedule the initially cancelled activity by the customer if not announced at least 72h in advance. Medical or Force Majeure cases don’t provide an exception for this segment of customers / events.
  • Please note that you are strictly asked not to attend any of Pub Crawl Dubai’s events if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, transmitting diseases or illnesses that may affect other participants or the quality of the events. By participating, you implicitly agree that all medical conditions are met, otherwise the access can be restricted without any refund and also risk a legal action taken against.
  • For any kind of prejudice of any type (financial, personal, moral, physical goods etc), Pub Crawl Dubai is responsible IF ONLY the prejudice was caused by its staff or by its official representations (website, Social Media etc). For any prejudice to any 3rd Party or to Pub Crawl Dubai, where Pub Crawl Dubai’s customers are responsible for any of the above prejudice, the respective customers have to cover financially the prejudices or by legal acts. In the cases where the external factors or force majeure are the source of prejudice, Pub Crawl Dubai or its customers are not responsible and liable to penalties.
  • Any possible complaints can be done only during the service providing time, with a preliminary stating of the issues and well-reasoned facts, where operator may be responsible for not providing the promised services. Any further complaints will not be taken into consideration and are not eligible for a refund and can be considered abusive.
  • In case of any dangerous behaviors, illegal acts or abusive practices from the clients, Pub Crawl Dubai is eligible for canceling the service providing without any compensation and further effects to it.

Copyright Policy and Copyright Agent

It is Pub Crawl Dubai’s policy to respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that Pub Crawl Dubai or any user of our site has infringed your copyright in any material way, please notify us in advance and offer as many details regarding the situation. Informative materials used on the website (as according to Usage of content & rights) from external, public sources can be removed if it prejudices in any sort any party, if it is proven & requested by the owner.

• For the best organizing purposes, we will require your full name, email address and phone number upon attending our events. We will further use these to send you the photos & feedback request from our event afterwards

• A decent and smart casual dress code is highly recommended. Please avoid tank-tops, slippers, sportswear or costumes. Shoes are mandatory.

• Please inform the organizers about any possible alcohol allergies/restrictions, transport illnesses or medical conditions, prior the event.

• Any external events or outcomes that are due to participant’s actions are out of Pub Crawl Dubai’s responsibility

• If YOU DON’T want to participate to our publicly taken photos or videos, please inform the organizers prior the event.

Otherwise, your consent is implicitly agreed to be part of our public content

• It is strictly mandatory to be seated during the trips/transfers between venues. If you don’t comply you will be excluded from the tour. Any incident caused by not following these rules it’s entirely from the responsibility of the acting person. We (Eventure Planners LLC / Pub Crawl Dubai) are not responsible for any issues related to this matter.

• Attendees can leave the event at any given time before the end. However, compensations or discounts are not provided in this case, as long as the event was not interrupted by the organizer or any force majeure event

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pub Crawl Dubai and the Covered Parties (defined below) from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, fines, penalties, damages or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature (including attorneys’ fees, expert fees and accounting fees) made or incurred or brought by any third party arising out of or relating to (i) your conduct, (ii) your use of this Site, (iii) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein, or (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Submissions

You agree that any materials, including but not limited to questions, comments, ratings or reviews, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of email or submissions to Pub Crawl Dubai, or postings on the Site or Pub Crawl Dubai’s social sites (such as its Facebook and Twitter accounts) (collectively, “Submissions”), are non confidential and shall become the sole property of Pub Crawl Dubai. Pub Crawl Dubai shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
